Delivery:
We deliver to all areas of England and the UK including Wales, Scotland, Cornwall, Ireland etc.
We will only deliver the goods to the billing address that is provided.
Your order will usually be collected by our courier the next working day if cleared full payment reaches us before 2:30pm.
Delivery will usually happen on the next working day (8am-6pm, Monday-Friday only) although it can take up to 3-5 days. Delivery to non-standard areas will take longer.
Most of our items require a signature upon delivery. For orders over 40kg, please make sure that somebody is able to help the driver to unload.
Upon receipt of your product please check the packaging carefully, if there is any damage then you must sign the courier’s paperwork as 'Damaged' this does not affect your statutory rights.
All damages must be reported to us as soon as possible for us to make a claim with the courier.
All goods are subject to availability.
Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the requested delivery service.
All delivery conditions and charges are subject to change without prior notice.
Delivery to UK Mainland is £25.
Delivery to the Republic of Ireland and the Scottish Highlands is £50.
Every effort is made to ensure that delivery is made within the estimated time scales and within a maximum of 10 working days.
In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within 28 calendar days, we will inform you and advise you of the expected delivery date.

Warranty (Return to base):
For your peace of mind.
UK Mini Motos is one of the very few Mini Moto dealers in the country that offer a comprehensive parts warranty on all of our bikes
All our full size quad bikes and full size dirt bikes come with a 12 month parts warranty.
All other products come with a 3 months parts warranty (unless otherwise stated).
This is a parts warranty which means should a bike fail to operate the way it should we will send replacement parts at no extra charge.
Our bikes are quality checked before being shipped to us and sold as is.
Any problems arising after purchase will be solved using our parts warranty back up.
The parts warranty comes into effect as soon as you have put petrol in your bike or attempted to start your bike.
The Following parts are not covered by any warranty offered on our products:
Tyres, inner tubes and valves.
Fairings, bodywork and clamps
Any part that has been damaged because of misuse, wear and tear, an accident or poor maintenance will not be covered under warranty.
If within our warranty period your machine develops a fault, you must contact us and we will:
Advise you to the best of our knowledge the course of action needed to rectify problem.
Dispatch parts, without charge for the duration of the warranty, providing the parts required are under warranty.
Please note customers will be expected to let us know what part is needed and fit the parts themselves. Guidance will be available on technical issues.
If a machine repair is not possible by the customer, we request the product be returned to us, for repair. The product MUST be returned in its original packing box, complete with packing materials OR the customer at his/her own expense can authorise a qualified mechanic to correctly fit the parts.
The cost of return and re delivery will be the customer’s responsibility.

Before first use:
Before attempting to start or ride, all products must be checked as per the manufacturer’s instructions which are enclosed with each product.
All nuts, chains, and all other fixings should be checked and tightened before first use and then checked on a regular basis.
Please read the manual carefully before use for further instructions.
Any appropriate protective clothing and helmets should be worn at all times.

Other:
The Company shall not be liable for any damage or injury caused to the customer or others, by the use or misuse of any of the goods we sell from this or any other website we run. This excludes any injury as a direct result of the company's negligence.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct item (s) has been purchased and is used in the way intended. This covers all goods sold from this or any other website we run.
All Motorbikes, quad-bikes, go-karts and buggies can be dangerous and safety equipment such as helmets, shin and elbow pads etc should be used at all times when using bikes and similar machines.
The products that we supply are technical and mechanical products, which require some basic mechanical knowledge and skill to use and maintain.
You should not purchase our products unless you have a basic understanding of how to use and maintain mechanical products.
All our bikes are very simple to maintain with only the most basic mechanical knowledge needed.
If you are in any doubt about this please e mail us to discuss the product you are thinking of buying.
We will be able to guide you as to the level of knowledge required to use and maintain the item you are considering purchasing.
All bikes sold are assembled however minor and simple adjustments do need to be made before operating.
Always consult the manual that comes with any of our products before operating.
UK Mini Motos will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury caused arising out of any products that we provide to you.
Please note that we can not except any machine as a return if it has been used.
Your machine has been used if you have administered fuel in the tank or tried to start the machine.
Every effort is made to ensure the colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product.
Due to technical limitations, some colours and colour combinations may vary.
On rare occasions minor imperfections to the paintwork including small scratches and chips can also occur.
Prices and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.

Cancellation: Your Rights:
You have a right to cancel this contract without giving any reason, at any time up to 7 working days after you receive the goods, subject to the goods being in an un-used condition.
Please note that your bike is considered used if you have administered petrol in the tank or tried to start the bike, in which case you are no longer entitled to cancel your order.
Any problems after use will be dealt with in accordance with our parts warranty.
To cancel, please contact us by letter, fax or e mail, and we will refund your money (excluding delivery charges) within 30 days.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. You should ensure that you take out sufficient insurance against loss or damage in transit. If the goods are not returned in good condition, we will be entitled to claim compensation from you, for the reduction in value.
If you do not return the goods at all, we will charge you for the direct cost of recovering them from you.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
